I am a renaissance photographer. I am able to put myself where the client is and work with them to create that once in a lifetime image. To get the real person to shine and capture that. It's not just about snapping a photo. It is about a connection and capturing the essence of the subject. I love the fact that I am preserving a moment in time that will never happen again, but through my photography you can relive that moment forever.

Donald photographed a corporate event/ceremony and took some great shots! I was not at the event, but Donald was able to take direction ahead of time and get all of the shots we were looking for. He was very easy to work with, and delivered the photos earlier than he said he would.

Donald did a fantastic job in taking photos for the cover and interior of a magazine published by a high-profile client of mine. He went above-and-beyond and went to two locations to make sure he took all the right photos, even though I booked him to just travel to one location. He had a quick turnaround with his edits, and I was pleased with the quality of photos that he took.

I am always taking seminars/workshops to stay on top of my skills and the knowledge I have of the art.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The camera doesn't make the photographer. Everyone has a camera so people tend to think they don't need a professional photographer. The camera is just a tool. It take knowledge of how light and shadow work together. It takes knowing composition, what works and what doesn't. It also takes skill in editing to make those images pop and standout from everyone else's. Lastly it takes heart, a love of the art to create images.
