Ron made a special trip out of his area to come to my home and take a look at a computer that wasnt working. He was honest and straightforward in telling me that it would be a waste of money to try to upgrade or repair the computer. Anyone else will try to get me to buy something from them. Although I did not purchase anything now, I am planning on making a purchase in the near future and have told him it would be from his business. Ron was a life saver! I was pulling my hair out with password computer problems when my daughter recommended him. He had helped her and he solved all of mine also. He came right away, was polite, friendly and very thorough. He explained everything he did. I highly recommend him.
