- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system varies depending on the type of job and scope of work. For most residential clients our pricing is based on the dimensions of the job ( $x per square foot, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to schedule an in person, no obligation estimate. Once we have all the relevant information we provide our clients with an itemized estimate for labor and materials costs. Once the estimate is approved we schedule a start date and, depending on the scope of the project, may need a follow up visit to discuss additional details and options.

We provide carpentry services for residential clients as well as large scale developers/ general contractors
