- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work, materials, labor, and job complexity. We provide clear estimates upfront so customers know what to expect before work begins. For larger projects or repeat clients, we may be able to offer package pricing. Any changes outside the original scope are discussed and approved before additional charges are added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk with the customer to understand the project, goals, timeline, and budget. Then we schedule a walkthrough or review photos/videos if needed. After that, we put together an estimate, explain the scope of work, and answer any questions. Once approved, we schedule the project, communicate throughout the job, and make sure everything is completed properly before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in both construction and real estate investing. Before focusing more heavily on construction, we worked on our own investment properties, where we were directly involved in renovations, scopes of work, budgeting, contractor management, and project oversight from start to finish. That gave us real-world experience understanding not just how to do the work, but how to do it efficiently, correctly, and with the end result in mind. We also understand the importance of doing things the right way, including pulling permits when required and making sure work is completed properly and professionally.
