Edwin responded within the hour and was able to fit me in on the same day! He communicated his pricing structure up front and was right on time. He took the time to explain everything he was testing/doing, presented clear suggestions and then fixed the issue within the same visit, including a run to the hardware store for supplies needed, all for the original price he quoted - no add ons at the end! I was very happy with his service and will definitely call him again!
