Donovan was excellent, he help to explain things in a way I could understand. He installed our EV charger quickly and correctly. I'm very happy with the communication from Mr. Electric Cincy East as well! I'm already looking forward to scheduling another project with them!

We had a great experience with Mr Electric. I read online reviews prior to selecting them. Mr Electric is a franchise; it appears that most (or all?) of the negative reviews are meant for other locations across the country. When I requested contact from this Pro, there was a text response from the company within minutes (I assume from a well-programmed chatbot? Who cares? Efficient and friendly language is appreciated regardless of origin!) Our appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician, Greg, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and best of all, trustworthy. He was prepared to complete the project (installation of new light fixture requiring running wire through the wall and ceiling) that day, but we needed a later time. No problem. I received a text a short time before his arrival (system generated). After the job was done, I had occasion to call the office. Speaking with the owner was just as pleasant as working with Greg. Mr Electric has perfected the combination of efficiency and competence, delivered by very nice people.

When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property.
