I had a great experience with Mr. Electric of Cincinnati West. They helped me with a wiring issue in my house, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Ryan, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained what was going on before starting working. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it safely, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

Replaced the old electrical panel in my Colerain Township home.Clearly explained what he was doing throughout the service call and completed the job in a timely manner.Removal of debris and post job clean up was excellent.Would use their services again

Greg, the owner and James, the technician were wonderful to work with. The quality of the work is amazing. The value for the fee charged was very reasonable. This was my second time using their service and I was not disappointed. James installed motion lighting in 6 closets, installed motion lighting in my basement and laundry room and installed several new light fixtures in multiple rooms. Mr. Electric is a top notch company.

We had an emergency electric outage one day before New years Eve. Greg responded to my Thumbtack request within a minute, and the crew came out to my house 2 hours later. Greg kept us informed on the project's progress every step of the way. Nicolas was very diligent and provided us with multiple options for repairs. Thanks to Nicolas and James' tiredness effort, we were able to have electricity for New years Eve. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or fill out an appointment request online with Mr. Electric, we’ll confirm availability with you as soon as possible and provide updates throughout your experience, beginning to end. We’ll treat your property like it’s our own, using our own floor mats and shoe covers to keep dirt and dust off your floor. Our tool mats ensure no tool rests on a surface on your property. Plus, our service comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee and manufacturer’s parts warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Mr. Electric locations operate under a master electrician license. This means you get a service professional who will protect your property by working safely and keeping it up to code.
