Cody was very professional and very knowledgeable regarding our electric problems.Sometime Friday in the A.M.hours someone took down the Power Pole in front of the house.Powerline from the pole to the house was yanked from the house.We have experienced such lack of urgency from numerous highly rated Electric Companies that it was actually a shock when I called Paff this morning and they had Cody come out to give us today. Pleasant Surprise!Cody was prompt and evaluated exactly what was necessary to have power restored for us.Clear explanations of what we could expect and the timeline of when we could expect power restored.We will use Paff and request Cody as our Technician for any future electrical needs we may have.Kudos to Paff for having Cody as a valuable employee!!

They were able to quickly schedule an appointment and even though he was able to quickly confirm and replace an improperly sized breaker Josh spent extra time to answer my questions on a few other items. Definitely would recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job starts with an on-site evaluation. A licensed electrician looks at your panel, wiring, and the actual load on the system, then gives you a straightforward quote before any work begins. Pricing depends on the age and amperage of your existing equipment, whether wiring needs to be replaced alongside it, permitting, and the complexity of the install. Permits and code compliance are handled on our end and included in what we quote. No pressure and no inflated pricing, just an honest recommendation and a number you see up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us and we will get an electrician out to look at the job in person, because electrical work cannot be quoted accurately over the phone. On site we inspect the panel, wiring, and breakers, then explain in plain language what is happening and what your options are, including whether a repair or a full replacement makes more sense. You get the cost up front before work starts. We handle permitting and code compliance from start to finish, the install is completed by a licensed electrician, and we finish with a walkthrough so you know exactly what changed and why. Our crews wear shoe covers and leave the space the way they found it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians come out of the IBEW Local 212 and the IBEW/NECA Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, which is a multi-year apprenticeship combining classroom instruction with supervised field hours. We have been a NECA member since our beginning. The company is licensed in Ohio (#47852) and Kentucky (#CE64970), and we are a Qmerit Certified Partner for EV charger installation, which carries its own certification requirements. Beyond the trade credentials, our team trains twice a week on both technical work and customer experience.
