- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is quoted individually depending on consumer needs. No hidden costs! Upfront pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a representative will meet with the customer for to discuss the project and ensure that customer needs are understood. Afterwards a detailed written proposal will be prepared and emailed to the customer for their review. A follow up call will be placed 2-3 days afterwards to ensure receipt of the proposal and answer any questions that the customer may have.
