- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a local, small & privately held business which allows us to be competitive in our pricing, and efficient in our work. Our goal is to provide you a fair quote with quality products to ensure a long lasting paint job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a quick call to set up an estimate to come out and view the property. We want to spend the first 15 minutes talking with the homeowner(s) about their wants & needs, and walk the property with them to call out any problem areas that need attention during the quoting process. We provide a quote at the time of estimate. If you book with us during the estimate, we are able to provide a discount to help fill our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters have over 25+ years of experience with residential exterior & interior painting. We have worked with many homes in the Greater Cincinnati area and have references to provide as needed.
