I was hesitant to spend that much on pest control at first because i didnt really have a big problem. Just a lot of pill bugs and some creepy centipedes. I did it anyway and I havent seen a single pill bug and what I do find has died off. When summer came around there was an increase in spiders! I called Greenix and they came back out no questions asked and retreated. They then called me back to follow up and make sure I was satisfied and I had to inform them I had noticed no difference. They scheduled another reservice. Tyler came out this time. He listened to my concerns, did a really thorough job and, targeted all the areas of concern plus some. He also updated me with a detailed text of his additional thorough treatment outside around the house. Greenix has really great service! They stand by their guarantee and have no problem coming back out if they need to retreat. Hope this helps with the spiders!

I would like to inform Greenix that I was completely impressed by my Pest Control Technician, Daniel (Clay) Wilson that came out to service my home today (Wednesday) May 1, 2024 his Professionalism and Customer Service was Absolutely Amazing. Daniel (Clay) Wilson is such a Pleasant, Polite and Absolutely Wonderful Young Man. He went Above and Beyond His Call of Duty to be sure our home was treated with the Upmost Respect and with such Quality Care. Daniel (Clay) Wilson also made an Extra Special Effort to stay in touch with me throughout the day answering all my questions as he communicated with me to be sure I would know exactly when he would be arriving at my home. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
