We want to communicate openly with our customers about our service program and make sure they understand all the benefits tied to our plans. We'll send out the local service professionals on the initial visit to walk through these benefits and provide the customer with additional resources (i.e. like how to access their customer portal).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hawx prides itself in its training. We ensure all our techs are licensed, certified and educated so we can provide the best service. We hold frequent trainings and meetings to individually grow our technicians in knowledge and professionalism to make sure we deliver premium services. Our technicians receive compensation increases and bonuses based on continuing education and additional certifications they obtain.
