Wonderful, professional experience from the initial quote to the chimney work! Ben (quote), Tony, & Jacob (craftsmen) were polite, genuine, and a pleasure to work with. (Im a kind person and sound like Im twelve lol so more times than not, I get overpriced quotes and subpar results. This was NOT the case here - good company, good people. Thank you! As someone who handles most all of our home repair needs, you all were a breath of fresh air.)We were debating turning our wood burning fireplace to gas (insert), but had decided to repair the exterior brick, flue tile and crown first. After this first interaction, I will be looking no further when the time comes for us to make the switch to the gas system. Highly recommend!!

Ben was super polite, professional, complete and clean. This was our first chimney cleaning/inspection in 30 years. We were left with a clean chimney and photos to prove it. And an action plan to take care of a couple small items that will keep everything preserved in top shape. We were expecting to be sold expensive follow up care. But it was truly just a great cleaning service. A great experience. We would highly recommend to anyone.
