- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While not the least expensive option we are very affordably priced. We also offer 0% financing on replacement systems. Many times your most expensive option is to take the cheapest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is centered around our customers needs. It is usually best to spend a few minutes on the phone before making an appointment but an email or message can work as well. If the customer needs a repair, it is usually taken care of the first visit. For a system replacement, the design and consultation are free and we will look at options centered around what will work best for their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Countless hours of factory and manufacturer training with years of field experience makes the work itself easy. I also attended business school which makes running a company well much easier and more enjoyable.
