Had a great experience. They were able to squeeze us in during the hot season in less than 48 hours. The technician was right on time, explained everything he was checking and the reason he was checking. Gave updates as he troubleshooted the issue. We got great value for the services performed. Would highly recommend 1 hour for any HVAC needs.

I'm very pleased with the service provided. From scheduling to job completed, everyone was courteous and attentive. They were actually able to come after just two days from the initial posting on thumbtack. Tyler, the service technician was extremely thorough, taking time to perform an excellent maintenance for our air conditioning. He informed me that the coolant was a little low and offered to fill it. But, since the temperature had dropped, we opted to wait and recheck it later as the colder temperature could have effect on the measurement. I will certainly use One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning again. I highly recommend them.
