Robert and this entire company can be trusted! I had three other companies, two larger and one other smaller company that quoted me. They all tried to sale me stuff I didn’t need to get my AC back up and running. Robert came in to check it out and made suggestions for repairs, made the repairs next day and then checked out the system to make sure all else was good- we are blowing cold in a very hot day! I had companies quoting me $34k and it was a bunch of stuff I didn’t need; low integrity companies. Quality Comfort is a high integrity company and I’m now a member with them! They will be my go to for any future issues that I may have.

We had a great experience with this company. Our repair tech, Ethan fixed up our broken AC same day. Plus 85 degrees outsideI was very happy! Very polite and thorough as well.

The visit was for annual inspection of my heating and cooling system. The technician arrived at the specified time and did the inspection efficiently. When it was determined that an an air filter needed to be replaced he had the part on hand and provided it at a very reasonable price. Pictures were provided which described the state of the system both inside and out for my records. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

Nate was very professional and thorough! I called in about the heat not kicking in, his original analysis suggested motor is toast, he spent next 40 mins on phone w Lennox to figure a way of getting motor, as it's within warranty period, without definitive answer, he didn't want me to bear that incremental costs, he went extra mile to remove motor from the system to what is really going/ find the root cause(dead bird in the furnace!).. we turned furnace on again, voila it started working again....
