Nate was very professional and thorough! I called in about the heat not kicking in, his original analysis suggested motor is toast, he spent next 40 mins on phone w Lennox to figure a way of getting motor, as it's within warranty period, without definitive answer, he didn't want me to bear that incremental costs, he went extra mile to remove motor from the system to what is really going/ find the root cause(dead bird in the furnace!).. we turned furnace on again, voila it started working again....

Every part of my experience was quick and easy. From setting up the appointment, to having a technician come out, and the repair. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. I had shopped around for prices and bigger name HVAC companies in the area were going to charge me double to triple the price. With the service and pricing at Quality Comfort it was well worth it and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Got an early appointment and Kyle was here before 9am. Immediately verified the problem and had all parts needed for the job. Very professional. Kept the work area and house clean. Will definitely recommend and use them again.
