Whenever you have a plumbing problem, you want it fixed yesterday. I called five plumbers and Quality Comfort could come the fastest, and they were recommended by my regular plumber. When an opening came up, they came even faster. They had no issue wearing a mask in the house. They gave me a quick fix option and an option that should prevent some future problems - both with quotes that seemed reasonable (my regular plumber ageeed). It was a Friday and they didnt have what they needed to fix it, so they gave me a few workarounds to get through the weekend, and came back Monday. They did a great job and cleaned up pretty well. Very satisfied customer.

I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with this company from the initial phone call through final installation. The person who answered my call was polite, attentive, and empathetic to the fact that my furnace had gone out in the middle of the winter. She got someone scheduled to come out that day and take a look and then worked to get me scheduled in a timely manner once it was determined that I needed a new system. I also appreciate that I was not pressured to buy the most expensive high-end system or add unneccessary items. I explained that I didn't plan to live in this home long term and it was suggested to put in a nice quality and completely appropriate system but not one of the top-of-the-line ones that I would still be paying on after selling my home. Every one of the employees I encountered treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was told more than once that if I experienced any issues at all to call them and they would be out as soon as possible. The tech who installed my new furnace also took the time to reprogram my existing thermostat so I didn't have to do that. Again, I can't say enough about this company. I will recommend them again and again and while I hope I won't need to use them in the future, I certainly won't hesitate to call them if I do. Call them--you will not be disappointed!

Nate was very professional and thorough! I called in about the heat not kicking in, his original analysis suggested motor is toast, he spent next 40 mins on phone w Lennox to figure a way of getting motor, as it's within warranty period, without definitive answer, he didn't want me to bear that incremental costs, he went extra mile to remove motor from the system to what is really going/ find the root cause(dead bird in the furnace!).. we turned furnace on again, voila it started working again....
