- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there is any request for design or redesign of an existing space, there is a design & consultation fee- customer receives a home or property visit, discussion and then an emailed drawing of the design with their estimate. If the estimate is accepted, the design & consultation fee is applied to the final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will travel to the property to meet with the customer and see what their goals and budget are for their space. I take photos & measurements. Any job requiring design or redesign receives a drawing and written estimate via email. If job is clearing out only, no design, a verbal estimate can be given during the consultation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
