- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for Seniors and Military. Estimates are done on-site and over the phone. There is no charge for estimates. Measurements will be taken and estimates will be emailed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will supply the necessary details including what they are looking for or the issue they are having, their address, and contact information. Some estimates can be provided by phone, but typically our estimator will schedule a date and time that works for the client and come out to the home or business to assess the issue, meet with the client, take measurements, and discuss the client needs and then an estimate for services will be emailed. No high-pressure sales or upselling unnecessary work.
