- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discounts to first time customers. Also 10% discounts to military personnel/vets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting them, getting to know them, and what they like prior to even doing work. This gives me incite to what will please a client based off what I can gather from conversations and our first introduction to each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified welder. Been doing construction for 11 years. Worked for safeguard properties/ HUD for 5 years learning how to build homes from the ground up as well as codes per Ohio standards. Started my own business late 2021 with all the knowledge I gained in my early years as an adult.
