- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free in home consultation and measurements. I keep my overhead very low and I am the salesman for my company so I have no middle man and low overhead. Our labor prices are fair, not low. We will never compromise quality. I have accounts with just about every major brand so will be able to offer the newest styles at low overhead pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact, find out what they're needs are, their time frame on when they want jobs done, their budget if they have one, and schedule a free, in-home consultation where I'll bring lots of samples to choose from. Educating my clients about their situation and the flooring they're considering is key. Giving them a explanation of the scope of work and the length of time we expect it to take is also very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in every flooring aspect and continue to learn everyday.
