Cincy Preferred Flooring

Debbie, called me on a Wednesday and wanted the first job done by Monday so a tenant could move in Wednesday. I went out of my way to get Flooring orderd and installed on time and did at a outstanding price to help her with her budget . The Tile we installed had a grout build up and slight haze , not uncommon when you are rushed , we came back the very next morning and removed grout haze . Then she calls me up on a Wednesday and wants a whole unit done by Tuesday night . She currently had Carpet in a studio unit that was not wearing we’ll do to Traffic . I recommend a wood look lvt . She had a budget of around $2000 for 400 ft plus with furniture, removal of old , toilet , frig , oven ,new quarter round . I charged her $2050 which was $250 under my cost , so I lost $200 just to put her in the right Flooring . We removed vynl in kitchen to find swelling in her joices from underneath, explained it to her and she decided to have us do the best we can by feathering the top again at no extra cost . We moved furniture and appliances for free , toilet for free , floor prep for free and she complains about a bit of dust . Then tells me after 5 days she wants a discount. I promise anybody who reads this . We went out of our way to accommodate. My old customers know otherwise but if your a new customer please ask me about this because it is wrong !
