- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading the latest research, top authors in my field, and participating in continuing education through webinars, event seminars, and most importantly, by coaching more clients every day and fine tuning what works and doesn't work with my clients when it comes to facilitating REAL long-lasting, diet and lifestyle change.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I felt a deep and burning desire for MORE in my life. I was stuck in a corporate job with this insane passion for health and wellness in my soul that had no outlet. I made a decision that I had one life to live and I was no matter what going to find a way to live life on my terms. My terms just happened to involve starting my own health coaching business. ;) (P.S. Haven't regretted my decision for a second!)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weight loss, better energy, more spontaneous smiles, better sleep, better sex drive, more positive outlook on life, more confidence in the kitchen and grocery, less stress---the list of things that can improve your health and happiness can be long!
