I do not know if they can improve. I just spoke to the manager of my mom’s senior citizens home. They flooded the laundry room. She brought three children with her. Nothing was finished except for the dishes. She took laundry that was not dry and threw it all over the living room. The manager complained that the children were running like maniacs through the facility and that they had to repair the wall beneath the laundry room because of the flooding from putting too much clothes in the washers. This was not what I expected to help my mother at all! I will not be recommending you, and I work for an advertising company and I will make sure that no one uses your services again. This has been an awful experience for someone who cannot take care of themselves and do their own cleaning. I am also going to put this out on yelp and any other social media outlet available.
If you are someone looking for deep cleaning housekeeping and laundry, this is absolutely not the place to go. And if you have any questions you can contact me at 513–404-1300. I went into her apartment today and it was an absolute nightmare. She paid $160 and got her dishes washed and another mess to just clean up.
