Nora, Thank you so much for your feedback! However, everything was agreed upon and was listed what I would be there doing and accepted before your cleaning. I was a little confused by your complaints as the grandparents were there during the cleaning:step grandmother, grandfather, you included and I heard you all raving how clean the house was and we left around the same time and you thanked me profusely and left and were upstairs quite awhile to see what I had finished there and you all seemed rather overjoyed! I factory reset the home as there was a lot of excessive grime and build up and you all stated it had never been so clean and everyone else stated yourself included what a bad state it was in which is why the grandfather also factory reset the sofa from what I was told and overheard you did not want your new grandchild in the mess and as for the downstairs we left fairly close together and you thanked and tipped me. To state you were disappointed due things you would have preferred I did but that was not originally agreed upon to do to also state that the tip was something you’d done prematurely is also surprising to me as I stated and all of you agreed amongst each other the house had not ever been so clean before you were sure. I list carefully what is included and it seemed as though as you stated when I arrived if you see something more do it! Unfortunately I did not have time to organize the home as you asked when I arrived as one that’s not a service I currently offer and it would be two separate things one deep cleaning one organizing two separate task-two separate prices. I do believe in you hearing the encouragement I was giving the step grandmother who was working profusely in sweat and hard work and going above and beyond to do things I was not contracted to do like washing bedding and curtains and etc I did not mean any offense in my praise to her as a step grandmother or my encouragement I offered for all her hard work! You did however walk back in the house towards the end of it! But after working and having her chat with me a minute I was happy to encourage her and all of her efforts! She was absolutely amazing! And I am always happy to uplift where I am able! If I am able! I very much appreciate women who step up with children that are not of their own blood and go above and beyond for! It’s not something you see everyday and though I believe you walked in on the part I shared about how much I loved my step grandmother and appreciated her beyond measure that was in no way a negative reflection of you and what you did which was hire me to come and help with the mess it wasn’t at all meant disrespectfully to you! I apologize if any offense or disrespect was felt during my uplifting to her! But as I told her my biological grandmother wasn’t really involved in my up bringing it was my step grandmother who was always there and always so helpful and it never went unnoticed it is my hope in trying to uplift her that you know that in no way takes away from you as the mother! It was all a big team effort and that’s what it’s all about! I wish you all the best in your cleaning needs but as I am there to do specific things I was not able to give all that maybe was expected as it was out of the original agreement and pricing I provided. For future hires please note what is detailed in the included section of our conversation's asking anymore is an add on and is only available upon availability and capability of what I offer and have time for that day and additional charges. Don’t hesitate to ask questions it’s better to know what to expect and questions are very welcome! I have several in a day that I clean for and only so much time allotted and last minute add ons are not applicable upon arrival unless I have the extra time which often on short notice I do not but happily get it later! I also had a family emergency but made sure to come back and finish the work to make extra sure you all were taken care of! For future potential clients that option is not always applicable but it worked out that specific day! I love what I do and my work speaks for that in all my detail which is why at times there is several months before I am even able to get most on my schedule unless they’re completely flexible! You had stated how unreasonable your daughter in law was and how she wouldn’t be happy if she was not completely in charge of what was going on but as she had just given birth I hope she enjoyed her renewed deeply scrubbed home as it was not at all in the state it was prior giving birth even if she was not apart of it step by step!
