I have been cleaning for Crase and Company for quite some time but have recently decided to start my own, although I still help them when need be if am available.We love what we do and always do our best. House Cleaning

She did not show up for the job. Plus she kept changing the times she was coming. When I texted to see where she was, after having left my door unlocked all day, she told me she was sorry but she had fallen asleep as she just found out she was pregnant again and she has 4 boys already to take care of and her father has cancer and is mentally incompetent and there were family issues going on. Told her I just wanted someone reliable to clean my house and it sounded like she had too many responsibilities and problems to do that. She was rude and unprofessional in her responses to me.

Hello Ellen, when employees were in the way I had got a call stating you were sick, I then tried to schedule you 2 weeks out and you tried to force us to come out anyways.i also stated that if you could provide documentation stating you were covid free we could schedule you sooner. We have Rules and regulations that have to be followed for the safety of our customers and employees . I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and hope you have a wonderful day ❤️

Hello Rebecca, I wanted to reach out to to say I apologize that you were unhappy with services provided, I did a walk-through with you and you seemed extremely happy. you did ask us to replace bulbs and globes when employees showed up after job description was estimated, and they were willing to do so with extra charge. the bulbs were replaced and globes were washed however one of the employees injured herself stretching to take them off and wasn't able to replace the globes so they were neatly placed on the wooden dresser . I do have a taller step ladder and would live to come out and put those back up for you. We have before and after pictures we can go over as well and am willing to address any other issue you may have had. I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused and hope to be able to come out to address the issues tomorrow. thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you soon .

    We're not the Cheapest , nor the most expensive but 1 of the best. For the next month we are offering to beat any competitors price with a better quality clean!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    our typical process is to do an estimated price over the phone , and come out to do a walk through, and then schedule your apt. We do offer Same Day Cleans as well if needed . If further cleans are requested we will schedule you for the time most convenient for you!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been trained when I was 13 years old. when I was 16-19 I worked for Catrina Bates cleaning theatres apparent buildings banks ect. I was also apart of Crase and Company Cleaning LLC as well for quite some time
