The manager was so awesome and helpful. She answered question with more than just an answer, she provided light to the conversation. She was professional, courteous, responsible. Its too bad I couldn't choose every option above me because I am very satisfied with my choice of choosing such a clean, and detailed service. I've ran across many cleaning services and have gotten treated poorly, untill Lady Beez came along. My business is cleaner than ever and looking very professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The proper way for me to give my customers prices, is to come see their home or the customers can send me pictures of their homes. I do give discounts for many reasons. For example, reoccurring customers will get their home cleaned for free after 6 months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer will be setting a date for boss to come to the customer's home. Another alternative to the first process can also be the customer can take pictures of the rooms they would want Lady Beez Cleaning Service team to clean. The boss will give the customers their price, and the team will come to their home on the set date and time to clean. If the customers are reoccurring customers the first clean is a deep clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning homes when i was a teenager, my first check came from my family members. I have been cleaning my family homes and getting paid for many of years. I have over 10 years of cleaning experience. I have cleaned buildings, air bnb homes, move outs, move ins, small restaurants, small businesses etc.
