- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally do an initial deep clean the first time. That way if you were planning to continue with reoccurring cleans it will be maintaining more so than spending hours each time. Average basic clean: $45-$60 per hour Average deep clean: $60-$75 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me I tackle the main areas requesting or see what their exactly wanting to see accomplished (ex. One time, reoccurring, basic clean, or more of a deep clean, preference equipment/product use, preference with days/time, ect.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professionally cleaning since 2017. We were required to watch training videos on what chemicals to use on certain types of surfaces/furniture.
