I began looking for a cleaner a few days ago and Maid This Cincinnati had quick availability and the most affordable prices I could find. They worked with me on my budget and what my priorities were. Tracie arrived fully prepared and was open to my thoughts on where to focus in the limited time. She put her head down and work and my kitchen looks flawless.

Was supposed to be two cleaners to do job, only one came. The lady that did come did a fantastic job of teaching out my house and clearing the floors of dirt. Would hire her again.

I don’t want to take away from the beautiful job the cleaner did just let me give you feedback I think will be helpful. I honestly I don’t think I should be charged full price here’s why Even though she arrived at 4:40 pm, 40min after scheduled time. she came in she asked to eat her dinner and take her break since she just got out of a nasty job .she asked to use the microwave asked if we had silverware then proceed to warm up her soup . While waiting for soup she was on her phone ( I understand people have to eat) She then asked if she mind she call her boyfriend, I said no but honestly what was I going to say. She did not get started cleaning until 5:30. She didn’t have trash bags or a vacuum ( I had to get her trash bags from the store) since we had just moved everything out we didn’t either. She got a speaker and was blasting music and I told her we had the buyers coming over to do a walk through and the music had to go down. I told her I had to leave and would be back around 9 to check her out, gave her my number to text me when she’s about 15min left . I called her a few minutes after I left to remind her of the door code , she then asked me when I come back if I would pick her up some dinner and she’d Venmo me. Whatttt.?!?! My father went to the house with the buyers around 6:30 for the walk through and guess what she had ordered DoorDash to my home lol! This was when we had the buyers there and inspectors!! She finally called me around 10:30 saying she was done, I couldn’t check her out because we had been moving since 4am and I was about 20 min away, I asked her to take pictures. She said she would but guess what 20 min later I texted her if she had left yet because I received no photos. She said she just left and didn’t have time for photos because she was to tired and it was her first day. I have the text from her saying this. Now Daniel, I don’t tell you the to get her in trouble, she was nice, did a good job . But you need to know what your employees are doing in the field.. this is not the kind of service I expected and was very blown away by her actions.
