I began looking for a cleaner a few days ago and Maid This Cincinnati had quick availability and the most affordable prices I could find. They worked with me on my budget and what my priorities were. Tracie arrived fully prepared and was open to my thoughts on where to focus in the limited time. She put her head down and work and my kitchen looks flawless.

Was supposed to be two cleaners to do job, only one came. The lady that did come did a fantastic job of teaching out my house and clearing the floors of dirt. Would hire her again.

I liked the customer service and follow up. When the cleaner didn’t do the work as expected they called back and apologized. The cleaning was good overall. I may use them again.

Our cleaner did a great job with our move-out cleaning. I can’t believe one person got so much done, and the price was more than reasonable. I’m now booking MaidThis for regular cleanings at our new home to keep things sparkling!

The service provider showed up at 9:12 and left at 11:53, for a 3 hour cleaning job. She only cleaned 3 rooms, the kitchen, son's bathroom, and bedroom. She stated she cleaned the walls and baseboards, as well as the appliances in the kitchen because that's all I told her to do. I told her to clean the living room/ dining room, and kitchen combo area, the bathroom and my son's room. She did not completely clean any of those areas. When I noted my concerns with the provider, they did not provide any recourse.

Your feedback help us to identify where we can improve on our services. I am afraid there was a miscommunication problem, since we were scheduled to make an hourly cleaning for 3 hours, Our cleaner focused on the areas she was required to prioritize. The areas which were requested were deeply cleaned, such as the kitchen, the kid-s room and bathroom. She did a deep clean of the room which was required, and she wiped down all the walls in the kitchen. wiped down baseboards, in the kitchen. In the room it was cleaned Windows, blinds. I wipe down his walls in his room, I did clean the bathroom, I wight behind the I wipe down all the walls, all the baseboards and those rooms. So she took advantage of every minute of the booked time. However we are very sorry our cleaner missed to vacuum the living room. Our immediate proposal as soon as we got your pictures and feedback was to go back to re do the missing area, but we understand you declined because you were not longer at home. Could you please let us know what type of compensation or resolution you would find satisfactory?
