What a professional conversation. If this were my 'forever' home I would've hired. All tools and resources for a top notch renovation. I didn't hire as my project was small, and on a seasonal/temporary home.

Love working with Kiran and her team! Kiran is such a great listener; I’m short on time and in a short meeting she and her team understood what I was trying to accomplish and by our next meeting they had so many amazing samples, options, fabrics, textures etc. for me to choose from. Things were decided on, ordered, delivered, staged and presented via video all while I wasn’t event home! Have you ever walked into your own home and felt like you were in an entirely new space?!? I did and I was BLOWN AWAY! Thanks again!!!

I became familiar with Kirans work through social media. I was very impressed with some of the transformations, so Kirii Design was an obvious choice for us when we decided to remodel our basement. We are in the early stages of the design process for our project and Kiran has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has taken the time to understand what our family would like with this project and has addressed any questions or concerns that we have had. Kiran has been very accommodating to our schedules for meetings and presenting drawings and design ideas. We look forward to working with Kiran and are excited to see more of her designs for the basement

Kiran was amazing and we loved how she came out to spend a lengthy amount of time with us during our initial meeting to get to know us and our personalities in order to match our style perfectly. We were offered quality selections at all price points and were satisfied with all purchases. Mishaps do happen but they were handled professionally and we were happy in the end!

I wanted a floor plan and design to renovate my 30 year old kitchen. I know what I like, but have difficulty pulling it all together. Kiran did an great job... she listened to what I liked and gave me pictures of styles to choose from. Although we will be doing the work ourselves, she gave us the road map and design. I highly recommend Kiran and her team.

The initial meeting is complimentary, it is an opportunity to see if we are a good fit! We visit the space and try to gather any information we need about your project.
This helps us determine if a fixed or hourly fee structure is most appropriate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1 - client consultation, and determining client's needs and objectives
STEP 2 - mood/ inspiration boards
STEP 3 - schematic design and design development
STEP 4 - 3D renders
STEP 5 - permit drawings and application if needed
