What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Middle of the road. Not super cheap where you pay someone to paint then have to clean up after them and not taking advantage of anyone either.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimate, schedule a time for the work to be done, clean up, and collect payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of us have painted for years for other people. We now all work together to make people happy through painting. I have a masters in Business Education.
