I reached out to communicate with Eryn via Thumbtack 1 time and Texted 1 time. I'm sorry that was the worst experience she has had .After this review I apologized to her. I also explained I messaged through Thumbtack to receive her phone number and then texted after because Thumbtack withholds your phone number until I start a message thread. I think texting is better than going through the app. My text to Eryn wasn't random. I am very thoughtful with my actions. Responsiveness is a quality I try to maintain. Please read other comments. This is just foolishness.
