We DO NOT provide Virtual Estimates at this time, and we are unable to provide estimates for homes that are rentals or investment properties. The Painter 1 team and their painters were highly professional from start to finish! Very knowledgeable on the type of paint that they use in context to what their painting. I was quoted cheaper by another company, but was sold on the warranty and insurance that came with hiring Painter 1. They made Sure I was happy with every inch of the job before they wrapped everything up. I love the new fresh look my house has now!

Lynette was very professional and was great with overseeing the project. Eduardo and team did a great job. Very punctual and made good use of time and completed job in a timely manner. Made sure that everything was back in order in my home and did a good job with clean up when job was completed. Complete walk through was done after job was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. Highly recommend!

In choosing a painting company to work on our projects, we are so glad we found Painter1 of Cincinnati. From the beginning, the communication was responsive, they wanted our business and followed up with us - which most companies, surprisingly, did not do. This made us feel like they valued us as customers. Painter1 was on time, they were professional, they took care of our home and did a beautiful job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to provide In Home Owner Occupied Estimates Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM all around the Indianapolis area. We do not offer virtual estimates at this time. In addition, we do not provide estimates for rental or other investment properties. Please take this into consideration before submitting a contact request. Thank you so much for understanding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to give exemplary customer service from the very beginning of our relationship with a client. When you inquire with Painter1, you will receive a call, message back, or text asking how you would prefer to communicate. You can tell us about your project and if we are a good fit we will work with your schedule to set up a free estimate. Our estimator will arrive on time and be respectful of your home and family. Once you receive your quote, we will follow up to see if you have any questions or if we can clarify anything for you. To schedule your project, we will consult the calendar with you and work together to fit your needs. Your project will have a project manager to manage the job from start to finish, this is your point of contact and they will help with any questions that may arise during the work. The painting crews will be professional & courteous. Once your project is complete, the project manager will do a thorough inspection with the painters to do any touch ups if needed, then another walk through with you to assure that you are 100% satisfied before closing out the job. We strive to gain your 5 star review and we will take care of your project from start to finish to earn that.
