Shawn and his crew were excellent. Shawn and his co-worker Dave came to paint one room in my home. His team was excellent! They were so good that we hired them immediately to complete multiple tasks at our home including an awesome looking deck. The whole crew were professional, friendly, qualified, and reasonable. We have more renovation projects on the horizon and will definitely contact Shawn and his team.

I hired Shawn to paint my entryway up the staircase. He was a quick and efficient communicator. He arrived at the set time and completed the painting in a few short hours. Shawn's rate were very competitive and fair.

rate: 1-10. 1 being worst- 10 being the best Do not hire Shawne. I hired him to finish my bath project. His duties were to: Grout, dry wall mud, paint, tile a shower shelf and lay a baseboard. The end goal was to make the bathroom usable once again. He did not) His paint was: 6 (there was overlapping paint to the ceiling) Grout: 7 (some spots were unfilled) tile: 4 (he did not grout under the tile shower shelf) Dry wall mud: 3 (the surface wall was unleveled and almost looked like he did not sand at all) the end goal was to make the bathroom usable again for bathing. He did not put on the tub spout, which was agreed upon before he started work. He did not. He wanted to be paid at the contract signed amount, which incorporated this feature. I paid him the full amount and he still did not resolve the bathroom spout issue. while working on these said tasks, it was believed there was a small leak somewhere that lead to my downstairs. We discussed that he would take down a portion of my shower universal wall to check the connections that I soldered. This was with the confirmation that he would repair the wall for an agreed upon price. He took the wall down. My solder connections were intact and were not the cause of the leak. He stated that he would come back the following week and repair the wall. He did not. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and go with someone else.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is always discounted because I don't have a lot of overhead which I relay the savings to my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call. We discuss the job and I give my best opinion of the work over the phone. Some small jobs can be negotiated and scheduled for the next day. Large jobs require a meeting where I take measurements and discuss the job. I will prepare a quote with various materials to provied my customer with choices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have never stopped working on my education in my career. Materials are always changing, along with different ways to doing things better for the customers.
