FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. It is not too expensive and it is not low-end. Quite often I like to be able to work within a customer's budget by giving a discount on the day of the estimate for them helping to fill a gap in our schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with a new customer consists of the initial phone call and delivering the estimate. The initial phone call is not just for scheduling the estimate. We ask the customer to tell us about the project, what would they like to get done, when is their timeline, are they changing colors, do they have any concerns and ask them if they have ever hired a painter to paint their home before. When delivering the estimate, we will ask the homeowner to walk us around for 10-15 minutes, we will then take measurements and write up the estimate and then talk to the customer about what paint we use, what they can expect, show them options on how we can save them money and work within their budget and schedule the job. We hope to build a relationship with our clients that will be proud to refer us or bring us back for additional projects in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is a combination of being creatively self taught and OCD about details when it comes to painting. We continue to practice and learn new techniques that ensure a great finish product.
