Junk King was very efficient and professional in removing three old couches and a few other small items. Communication with Sarah was great, and made scheduling easy. The price was market value or slightly less, and if you’ve done any research into junk removal you’ll know that means it’s more than you expect. But Junk King was straightforward about their estimate and held to it (I provided photos beforehand). I was satisfied and would use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by volume. Our trucks hold 18 cubic yards of debris and stuff and we have 12 different fractions of the truck that we charge for. A job can be as small as picking up a washing machine and then we do jobs that involve multiple trucks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out with 2 guys on one of trucks and provide a fre, non binding estimate to our potential customers. If they like the estimate we typically load and get it out there on that trip so it is gone right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree from The Ohio State University and lot of contacts with recycling companies, non profit agencies and dumps to properly process the junk/stuff that we haul.
