Introduction: The SomaVeda System stands out from other systems because it is therapy that feels more like a moving meditation that is all facilitated for the client. We use Ayurvedic assessments to target all five bodies of the client. Spiritual, physical, mental, intellectual much more. Session's are a beautiful mix of Asana positional release's with hundreds of acupressure points deep stretching traction of the joints and non specific non ballistic adjustments. During a session or program we strive to bring energy attention breath consciousness and pressure to bare on every part of the body including nutritional and emotional counseling. I love the freedom and I especially love sharing these healing ideal's with my clients. Seeing them gain range of motion, joy, compassion, love and balance in there lives. Helping to assist them in enriching there own life's with yogic and ancient practices. The body art is simply amazing and has completely taken over my life and has changed me during the 4 years i have been studying at SomaVeda School. In a way I have practiced the medicine on myself and now ready to share this beautiful energy with others.
