- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menu has reasonably priced menu items that work well for lunch or finger food / appetizers and late night snacks. We can work with you on pricing of individual items or all-in-one pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally to have a conversation about the event and the needs. I'm very comfortable with email, texting or a phone conversation. Feel free to reach out and get the conversation going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I retired as a program manager from Fortune 50 company. That experience has taught me how to plan, organize and deliver with excellence anything I get involved in. This food truck is no exception. I come from a big family where entertaining was the norm and as a result I have a lot of experience here too.
