- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Xactimate dictates our industry in pricing; however we are constantly offering discounts and coupons. Were willing to beat any of our competitors prices in order to get your business. We guarantee that we will beat any of water removal or mold removal company in Cincinnati, Dayton, NKY and Louisville. You must have a written quote from another company in order to get this guarantee. If you have further questions please contact us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide moisture and mold inspections with all of our homeowners and business owners. There is an inspection fee of $25. If the customer chooses to use our company the inspection fee will be deducted from the total. Once we have had an opportunity to provide an onsite inspection and proposal to our client we will come to agreed upon terms. We welcome our clients to get other proposals to compare against ours, if a competitor would have a lower price we guarantee to beat the competitors price!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an IICRC technician you are required by the organization to attend CEC throughout the year to continue to have a valid certification. All of our employees remain accredited and educated into new certifications to broaden their skills and capabilities to provide a better service. Including ACAC which validates not only we have significant field experience, but the college degree as well. One must pass a rigorous test and continue to demonstrate their capabilities.
