We update older homes and also restore homes from Water and Fire damage, and we also cover mold abatement as it goes hand in hand with prolonged water damage. We offer mold testing and abatement, along with mold inspections and water damage structure dry outs. We offer complete rebuilds from the ground up. We will be first on site in case of an emergency. Tri-State Restorations Services, LLC; was contacted to do three major projects. 1). Update steps from garage to back hallway, 2). Fireplace with water damage and refacing, 3). Old water damage near bookcase lower level. Just a Note: The work near bookcase is almost done as I write this, just needs painting and then the cleanup will begin. --This is my fault too I’m holding up that progress due to other scheduling issues.) Please see the six pics before and after to give you an idea of the fabulous work that Tri-State Restorations Services performed. The Steps were a "major safety risk" and I'm proud to say Tri-State Restorations Services knew precisely how to fix the issue and made that project a #1. Priority. We're so excited about their work. The two gentlemen working on site are very professional, and very kind people. YES, absolutely, we will call on Tri-State Restorations Services again ANYTIME for work needed in our beautiful home. The wife and I picked Tri-State Restorations Services, LLC; after many others look at the project but never had the courtesy to contacted us again. We picked Tri-State Restorations Services because of the great person Ron is and his quick actions. With mold abatement being critical to the health and well being of yourself and family members living in a contaminated home, it's imperative you check each companies reputation and qualifications up front, one simple question you may aske, is if they have "Thermal Imaging" (infrared) if they don't posses a thermal imaging camera chances are they are not really qualified to find the source of water which is the cause of all mold related issues..
