- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If physical travel is required, I would want to include the cost of fuel in any negotiated price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to maintain certifications for OS X, Windows 7, and other tech related software/hardware. I also stay up to date daily with various tech/software related blogs and am constantly reading articles and participating in online training sessions on new tech products.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed working with computers, after I received an honorable discharge from the United States Coast Guard, an opportunity presented itself to transition to the IT Support field with a previous employer.
