- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is usually by phone (if number is provided) I first make inquiry of what the assignment would detail to make I am legally able to provide a service and that the client has the correct person. I would inform the customer what is required for signing and set up a meeting place and time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While attending Wilberforce University to obtain my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice I worked as a lab tech and phlebotomist and a paralegal and I became close friend with a classmate who is a notary so I decided to get my Notary license... I don't limit my capabilities.
