Alexa is an effective, motivating, and caring personal trainer. Although I only saw her for a month, I did see some weight loss and build muscle. It also helped me lay the ground work for my own personal fitness/ health journey. Alexa is easy to communicate with and always happy to answer any questions about diet or exercises and replies with educated, thoughtful answers. I also appreciated her attention to detail when training in the gym. She made sure that I was doing the exercises safely and correctly in order to get the most benefit from it. The exercise and diet regime are challenging but also easy to maintain. Due to my finances, I could no longer afford to continue training which is why the pricing is my only real concern.Jul 25, 2018
I have been working with Alexa 1on1 for about six months now and she is absolutely amazing! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a variety of services, but prefer to use our consultation to help decide what services fit my clients needs best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always offer a 30 minute consult to decide what direction your plan should go. I am currently conducting all coaching virtually, with the exception of in person personal training. We would communicate via phone, e-mail, and potentially telehealth video conferencing if that is preferred. I require weekly check ins, and provide progress summaries at the end of each month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a nationally registered dietitian, and am licensed in the state of ohio. I graduated from an accelerated nutrition program at the University of Cincinnati. I am a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been working in this field since graduating college in 2014. I am currently working towards a certificate in Functional Nutrition.
