Kyle has been my nutritionist for about 7 months now. When I first started I had no idea about nutrition, I was lost trying to find something that worked for me. When I started with Kyle he taught me so much about nutrition, counting Marcos, and he always found ways to make my plan work for me. He has always been extremely helpful and responsive, always asking about what changes we can make to improve my experience with him and answers very quickly. With kyles help I am now around 15 pounds down!! I never thought I would be in the shape I am today, and I have no doubt he had a huge part of it. I cannot stress this enough if you are looking for a great nutritionist... Kyle is it!!

My experience with Kyle has been nothing but positive. He’s always responsive and able to adjust a plan based on whatever factors come up (injury, work travel, change in goals, change in metabolism or body response). Even the times I might start to question, “is this going to work?” and just a few days later my body responds (positively) in ways I would not have expected. Definitely great with the programming (nutrition AND training). I have shoulder injuries restricting the ability to press and bench press heavy, but he found effective workarounds allowing me to still build strength and size in muscle groups that I was targeting (chest and shoulders). The injuries limit my ability to back squat (shoulder racking the bar is not the best feeling for my shoulders now), and he adjusted the programming so I could still hit my legs hard and effectively. I would recommend Kyle to anyone regardless of their goals.

Working with Kyle for three months has been life changing and I walk away with so much more knowledge about health, diet and fitness. My goal wasn't necessarily to lose weight, but to tighten up my muscles and shred my body in a way I couldn't reach on my own. Kyle took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted out of this program in order to craft custom workouts and, more importantly, custom meal planning without majorly restricting what I eat. Within one week, I was down four pounds and already my waist was tighter and my back broader. I started the program around 12% body fat and ended around 8%, which gave me the results and the fit in my clothes I was looking for! Being able to take the knowledge of meal planning and macro counting forward will only help me further develop myself in the future. Also, I did this three month challenge with my partner, who has a very different body type and fitness goals. I was able to see exactly how custom my planning and conversations were compared to my partners and I am confident Kyle does not use one program for each client and truly customizes for max results.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My services are charged on a monthly basis instead of a per session basis in order to provide as much information and help as I possibly can. The monthly rate provides you with your plan, weekly check-ins, and unlimited outreach to me for help and program updates.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer everyone a free consultation, regardless of whether or not we end up working together. From there, we determine goals, and these goals help me to decide what I believe is best for the client. We will come up with the best plan possible to fit within the client's schedule and budget, and get to work immediately.
