Introduction: I am a self taught cook who has worked in all aspect of the restaurant world. In addition, I am very involved in the nutrition/fitness world and am constantly finding new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle, while also still being able to enjoy delicious and a variety of foods on a day to day basis.
