- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes. it is difficult to explain, so I would rather explain in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial evaluation that covers nutrition, goal setting, measurements, injury history, and an initial fitness evaluation. after that it is either one on one training, or small group training based on goals and starting point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own three certifications from various agencies plus 6 years working with clients.
