The advice I would give to a customer looking for a provider like myself is to meet the provider in person. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other, the pets included. They shouldn't be left out, after all, if they don't like the provider then how is that provider supposed to properly take care of your pet?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers knew how much work, time, and effort I put into watching their pet. I treat them like my own and I miss them when the job is over.
