FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price that I offer per hour is all inclusive. What that means is that you know what you are paying for up front so when you receive your images they are YOURS. Some studios will ask you to purchase images or prints through them and don't give you any rights. Everytime you download your high resolution images it includes a print release so you can print from wherever you like and store them for safekeeping. Your high resolution, edited pictures will be presented in a professional gallery where you have the option to download images straight to your computer or order through a separate professional grade online lab that will deliver to your door.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when a new client contacts me I try to get a feeling for what they are looking for and in what time frame to make sure that I am the perfect fit for them. I want to be make sure you LOVE the images, so what you are looking for and telling your story is important to me. In addition, getting in front of the camera can be nerve wracking and making sure the client is comfortable and knows what to expect is important to me. Over on my website I even have a section of frequently asked questions so clients can get an idea before they even get to the contact me page.
