Derrick was extremely good at communicating with me, was honest and upfront and helped keep the cost manageable. Our house hadn’t been cleaned in a while and he did a fabulous job, it looks brand new! When he was done he also did a walk around to make sure we were satisfied with his work. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed making Derrick's acquaintance and his assistant, whose name, embarrassingly, I have, for the moment, forgotten. He and his assistant cleaned our gutters and power washed the house several days ago, but I am only now getting around to submitting this review because he sent me a message, after this rain we've had, asking me how the gutters were doing. They are doing wonderfully, Derrick. Your work is superb and I would, without hesitation, recommend you to anyone.

Window Cleaning Services For commercial windows I charge $5 dollars a window up to 2 stories Residential $6 dollars a window in/out Screen cleaning $1.25. Per screen Window track cleaning $1.75 per track. Pressure Washing Services General Cleaning .15 cents per sq ft Treated Cleaning .25 cents per sq ft

We like to do free estimates. To ensure to customer that the job will be Done Right!
