This resume is fully individualized based on your strengths, competencies, achievements aligned to your targeted role(s)! * Up to two rounds of edits to make sure the final product aligns to your targeted role, * Scan of document to confirm ATS compatibility (if applicable), * Final versions delivered in Word and PDF formats * Free cover letter template that contains my achievement focused process that gets you noticed. This cover letter has a 98% call back rate with clients! ($25 value). Turnaround time can be as soon as 3 days, with options to go at your pace. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep things easy peasy and keep things moving to get you closer to landing that dream 9 to 5: - You'll email me your current resume (don't worry, I won't judge how it looks! I've seen it all). If you don't have a current resume, I'll need: Work history (employer, year, title, location), Education (the year you graduated, degree and field of study), Preferred Contact info (Full name, email, phone, city/state), Skills (this is usually technology/tools you frequently use, what you see as your core competencies, leadership skills, strengths, etc.). - Any links to job postings that align to the role you are seeking. This helps us mirror language that not only catches a recruiter or hiring manager's eye, but helps us get through Applicant Tracking Systems. - Your favorite Dolly Parton song. I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with 20 years of experience hiring across industries. I am also certified in Brene' Brown's Dare to Lead model to support coaching and advisory.
