About
I’m Joe Deal, owner of No Big Deal Home Solutions — and I’m the guy on every job, start to finish. No sales reps, no runaround. With 7+ years in roofing and insurance restoration, GAF Certified and TAMKO Pro Gold credentials, I give you a straight answer, a fair price, and work I’d put on my own house. Storm damage, insurance claims, or a roof that’s just worn out — no big deal. Seriously, it’s in the name.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections and estimates are always free — no trip fees, no pressure. I price in a Good/Better/Best format so you see three real options with line-item scopes instead of one mystery number. On storm damage, I work directly off your approved insurance scope, so in most cases you're only out of pocket for your deductible. Financing is available through my partner Acorn Finance, with rates that vary based on credit. Everything is in writing before a single shingle moves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a real inspection — I get on the roof, document everything with photos, and show you exactly what I'm seeing. If a repair makes sense, I'll tell you that; I'm not in the business of selling roofs people don't need. If it's storm damage, I'll walk you through the insurance claim from filing to final payment — that's been my specialty for over seven years. Once we agree on scope, you get a written line-item estimate, I'm personally on site for the build, and we wrap with a final walkthrough and your manufacturer warranty registration.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a GAF Certified Contractor (#1162011) and TAMKO Pro Gold Contractor (
#181382) — factory credentials that let me register enhanced warranties most companies can't offer. I have 7+ years in insurance restoration and estimate using the same software platform insurance adjusters use, which means my scopes speak their language. I also stay current with ongoing manufacturer training on installation specs, ventilation, and flat roof systems.
